1,What's the default IP address of camera?

Default IP address:192.168.1.10 user name:admin no password

2.Why my PC can't find the camera

Please check if the connection is right.Then check if you pc with the same gateway 192.168.1.0 as the camera.

3.Why you needs a PoE IP Camera?

PoE(Power over Ethernet) is a advanced technology allows a single cable to provide both data connection and electric power to a IP Camera. With this technology, you can power a new IP camera base on your original network cabling, no need to set up a power source near the camera.

4.What kind of power adapter does our camera work with?

1)Camera Super HD IP PoE Series Camera works with PoE injector, 802.3af standard, 48V for power and video transmission.

2)If you don't want PoE injector, you can use 12V 1A power adapter.
