Refund policy

For Unshipped Products
Unshipped products may be returned for refund within 30 days after the purchase order is complete. Up to 25% restocking fee can be charged for refund requests outside of Seller's responsibility.
For Shipped Products
For quality issues Seller is responsible for, the Buyer can request refund or reshipment within 90 days after the end consumer receives the product. Seller is responsible for fees incurred by the reshipment.
Please note that After-sales Policy does not apply in the following conditions:
  • Returns requested by the end consumer without a valid reason.
  • Returns requested beyond the after-sales period.
  • Damages caused by improper use, including but not limited to: impact, scratches, liquid immersion, unauthorized modifications, improper use environment, incorrect installation or operation, etc.
  • Force majeure: damages caused by natural disasters or unexpected events such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, abnormal voltage, etc.
  • Products not sold through Yptuan Marketplace.

Shipping Times (Oversized Products)

Note: Oversized items are categorized as product pages with a  icon.

Due to essential additional measures that need to be taken when shipping oversized items (including but not limited to: contacting the end customer to confirm shipping information), Oversized Items will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.

Special Note: For VCPO Trucking, FBA Trucking, and Other Pickup orders (Self-arranged Shipping → Business), the handling time is based on the Scheduled Pickup Date provided by users upon shipment upload, and the warehouse will complete Shipment processing before that date.
